Current-induced dynamics in spin valves including composite free layer withantiferromagnetic interlayer exchange coupling is studied theoretically withinthe diffusive transport regime. We show that current-induced dynamics of asynthetic antiferromagnet is significantly different from dynamics of asynthetic ferrimagnet. From macrospin simulations we obtain conditions forswitching the composite free layer, as well as for appearance of variousself-sustained dynamical modes. Numerical simulations are compared with simpleanalytical models of critical current based on linearizedLandau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation.
